About Feasify

Why Feasify

Before you design, buy or lend against a site, the answers you need are scattered — district plan rules, overlays, hazards, services, title, what's been built nearby, what it might cost and earn. Professionals spend hours stitching them together; everyone else guesses. Feasify exists so that the first question — can this work, and what will it take? — gets a clear, sourced answer in minutes.

What we do

Enter an address and Feasify works through it the way a designer or developer would: which rules apply and where they came from, what the site can physically hold (in 3D), what might get in the way — hazards, overlays, pipes, neighbours — and what the numbers could look like. Ask it anything in plain English. Every answer points back to its source, and we say plainly when we don't know.

Who shapes it

Feasify is built with people who make these decisions for a living: architects and interior designers, real-estate agents, people who have worked in council consenting, bank relationship managers, data analysts, and software and network engineers. They test our outputs against how real projects are judged, so the tool reflects practice, not just data.

How we work

Show the source. Say what we don't know. Keep it indicative — Feasify supports professional judgement; it doesn't replace it.
